"Been with State Farm and Mike for over twenty years. Absolutely every time I call to check on or change something with our policies, someone picks up the phone and it's usually Jodi, and wow that girl is awesome and a hard worker. She pulls up our policy and it's always taken care of in minutes. If you have a claim, she walks you through the entire process of what to do or who to call and so far it's been seamless and very prompt and always accurate.
