"Alexandra really helped me out. The stupid billing system didn't tell me my insurance was due so I had gotten double billed for Feb and March. Luckily I had the money to pay it so its taken care of but Alex also helped me lower my rates to. She helped me save more money and she helped me understand that state farm has sucky billing. But since my policy was actually due tomorrow I should have a credit on my account and she even told me how much I was saving on my drive safe app. I adore her very much for her help. State Farm yall gotta get your billing under control cause it sucks and the app needs update as well. Alexandra, thank you so much for your help today."
