State Farm® Insurance Agent Mike Wuest

"First off I have been a customer with state farm for several years and have never had such a horrible experience with one of his agents (Jody) I have been having issues with getting my drive safe & have called in several times, by chance I spoke with Mike & then (Jody) decided to finally call me back & began yelling at me because she sent a text message about setting this up mind you this has been going on back & forth since June 27 2026 I have 4 cars insured through them & she continued to over speak me even when I asked to talk with Mike she refused to let me talk with him, so I finally hung up on her do to the Unprofessional way she thought she could speak to a client who always pays 6 months for all 4 vehicles so as soon as my coverage is up I will definitely be looking for other insurance!!
No disrespect to Mike but his associate (Jody) was very very unprofessional on this matter.."

"My experiences with Mike Wuest's State Farm have been favorable, many times excellent. Staff have been great. For example, my new phone needed to work with their app in order to qualify for a generous discounted Insurance plan, (auto). I drove over to the office in person. It took several staff members to get thru the phone's stubbornness, but we were successful. Once I shared how much my monthly Ins is with a guy at church, he saved a significant amount, & was so happy, he bought me the best fish dinner (up here behind the Front Range).
Another example would be Mr. Wuest's help once I decided to take Social Security, age 68. Medicare somehow involved themselves and required an insurance company to ride along for medications, which I despise Big Pharma poisons. Mr. Wuest helped me wade thru the trenches of paperwork in one exhausting afternoon. Thank you, Mike Wuest, for learning about various insurance needs that come up !!!"
